A pokud si mohu n\u011bco sladk\u00e9ho up\u00e9ct s p\u0159\u00eddavkem amazake, dosahuje moje m\u00edra uspokojen\u00ed z\u00e1vratn\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161in. Mo\u017en\u00e1, \u017ee spole\u010dn\u011b s krevn\u00edm cukrem a inzul\u00ednem, ale to bych te\u010f nechal stranou. \ud83d\ude05<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recept, podle kter\u00e9ho tento dort\u00edk vzniknul, v sob\u011b p\u016fvodn\u011b \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 amazake neobsahoval, ale jeliko\u017e obsahoval cukr, nebyl probl\u00e9m do n\u011bj amazake dostat. V \u010d\u00e1sti makov\u00e9 n\u00e1pln\u011b jsem cukr nahradil \u00fapln\u011b, v horn\u00ed vaje\u010dn\u00e9 kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 vrstv\u011b jsem cukr ponechal. V korpusu je cukru tolik, kolik jej pou\u017eili v\u00fdrobci su\u0161enek, kter\u00e9 jsem pou\u017eil. M\u00e1lo to asi nebude. Pro sugarconscious lidi lze korpus ud\u011blat s minimem cukru. Odd\u011blte \u017eloutky od b\u00edlk\u016f. \u017dloutky vy\u0161lehejte do p\u011bny. P\u0159i\u0161lehejte tro\u0161ku zakysan\u00e9 smetany. B\u00edlky vy\u0161lehejte do m\u011bkk\u00e9ho sn\u011bhu, p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1vejte postupn\u011b cukr. Konzistence by m\u011bla z\u016fstat vl\u00e1\u010dn\u00e1 a hust\u00e1. Merengue. Jemn\u011b vm\u00edchejte zbytek zakysan\u00e9 smetany. Tato posledn\u00ed vrstva p\u0159ijde na kol\u00e1\u010d a\u017e pot\u00e9, co se korpus s n\u00e1pln\u00ed pope\u010de asi 20 minut na 180 stup\u0148\u016f. Pak sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edme teplotu na 170 stup\u0148\u016f a vlijeme kr\u00e9m na kol\u00e1\u010d. D\u00e1me zp\u011bt do trouby a pe\u010deme asi 25 minut. Horn\u00ed vrstva by ve fin\u00e1ln\u00ed f\u00e1zi m\u011bla chytit kr\u00e1sn\u011b karamelov\u011b nape\u010denou barvu a p\u0159i m\u00edrn\u00e9m zat\u0159ep\u00e1n\u00ed formou by se m\u011bla vlnit.
