A do dne\u0161n\u00edho cheesecake si cestu na\u0161ly jak amazake, tak i mirin. Mus\u00edm tedy dodat, \u017ee nafocen\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed je jen polovi\u010dn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u016fvodn\u00ed recept uv\u00e1d\u011bl &#8211; nem\u011bl jsem toti\u017e dv\u011b vaj\u00ed\u010dka, tak jsem musel v\u0161e pod\u011blit dv\u011bma. Recept V\u00e1m tu uvedu rad\u011bji tak, jak byl ps\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredience pro cheesecake &#8211; kruhov\u00e1 forma o pr\u016fm\u011bru 15 cm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tvarohov\u00fd s\u00fdr &#8211; 300 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>amazake &#8211; 250 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vejce &#8211; 2 ks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prav\u00fd mirin &#8211; 70 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u00fd\u017eov\u00e1 mouka &#8211; 15 g (lze pou\u017e\u00edt i b\u011b\u017enou hladkou)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na za\u010d\u00e1tek si v misce rozm\u00edch\u00e1me tvarohov\u00fd s\u00fdr. Do n\u011bj p\u0159id\u00e1me redukovan\u00fd mirin &#8211; tedy mirin, kter\u00fd jsme si v kastr\u016flku sva\u0159ili na st\u0159edn\u00edm plameni tak, a\u017e ho zbylo polovi\u010dn\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed &#8211; a op\u011bt dob\u0159e prom\u00edch\u00e1me. Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159idanou ingredienc\u00ed je amazake. Pokud ho p\u0159id\u00e1me najednou, bude se n\u00e1m to \u0161patn\u011b spojovat dohromady, proto amazake p\u0159id\u00e1me alespo\u0148 ve t\u0159ech men\u0161\u00edch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch. Pak p\u0159isypeme mouku, a pro prom\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159id\u00e1me na z\u00e1v\u011br rozm\u00edchan\u00e1 vaj\u00ed\u010dka. M\u016f\u017eeme si jej p\u0159edem zma\u010dkat a namo\u010dit &#8211; l\u00e9pe se pak ve form\u011b tvaruje. T\u011bst\u00ed\u010dko do formy vlijeme p\u0159es cedn\u00edk &#8211; prot\u00edr\u00e1me gumovou st\u011brkou. Po napln\u011bn\u00ed formy j\u00ed n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t lehce uhod\u00edme o st\u016fl, abychom vlitou hmotu vyrovnali. Pe\u010deme p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30 minut v troub\u011b vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na 220 stup\u0148\u016f. Po vychladnut\u00ed formu p\u0159ekryjeme potravin\u00e1\u0159skou f\u00f3li\u00ed a nech\u00e1me ule\u017eet.
