Ten den nastal a j\u00e1 to sem v\u0161e sep\u00ed\u0161u, abyste si jej mohli sami zkusit up\u00e9ct. Nen\u00ed to nic slo\u017eit\u00e9ho, a\u010d soupis v\u0161ech ingredienc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee nasv\u011bd\u010dovat o opaku. Ni\u010deho se nebojte, vyhr\u0148te si ruk\u00e1vy, kuchy\u0148skou desku popra\u0161te moukou a m\u016f\u017eeme se do toho pustit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedna z\u00e1ludnost n\u00e1s ov\u0161em na za\u010d\u00e1tek \u010dek\u00e1, a tou je pot\u0159eba m\u00edti spr\u00e1vnou formu na pe\u010den\u00ed. Obvykle se d\u011blaj\u00ed ve dvou velikostech &#8211; pro 1\/4 kg a pro 1\/2 kg mouky. Asi 30 g. Jindy zase p\u0159id\u00e1m amazake, n\u011bkdy oboj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mouku si rozd\u011blte na dv\u011b d\u00e1vky. Do prvn\u00ed p\u0159ijdou s\u016fl a m\u00e1slo, do druh\u00e9 pak vze\u0161l\u00e9 kvasnice a v\u0161echny zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsady. Nejprve po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b prom\u00edch\u00e1me druhou sm\u011bs, pot\u00e9 do n\u00ed p\u0159id\u00e1me prvn\u00ed a po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b prohn\u011bteme. Bu\u010f ru\u010dn\u011b, nebo to sv\u011b\u0159\u00edme robotovi. Robota nech\u00e1v\u00e1m t\u011bsto hn\u00edst klidn\u011b deset minut. N\u00e1sleduje klasick\u00e9 kynut\u00ed v teple do dvojn\u00e1sobku objemu. T\u011bsto pak rozd\u011bl\u00edm do \u010dty\u0159 d\u00e1vek (m\u00e1me formu na bochn\u00edk z 1\/2 kg mouky), ka\u017ed\u00fd kousek je\u0161t\u011b zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 rukama prohn\u011btu na v\u00e1le a nech\u00e1m deset minut odpo\u010d\u00edvat ve tvaru boch\u00e1nk\u016f. Po deseti minut\u00e1ch boch\u00e1nky rozv\u00e1l\u00edm v\u00e1le\u010dkem, tak aby vzniknul tvar p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed (velmi) p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b zakulacen\u00fd obd\u00e9ln\u00edk o d\u00e9lce 25-30 a \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce 20 cm. Po del\u0161\u00edch stran\u00e1ch p\u0159ehnu na t\u0159etiny, je\u0161t\u011b trochu rozv\u00e1l\u00edm a sroluji. Spoj prsty spoj\u00edm a dva srolovan\u00e9 boch\u00e1nky polo\u017e\u00edm na opa\u010dn\u00e9 strany pe\u010dic\u00edm pap\u00edrem vylo\u017een\u00e9 formy tak, aby sm\u011br jejich rolov\u00e1n\u00ed sm\u011b\u0159oval ven &#8211; tedy ka\u017ed\u00fd opa\u010dn\u011b. A vnit\u0159n\u00ed boch\u00e1nky vlo\u017e\u00edm tak, aby sm\u011br jejich rolov\u00e1n\u00ed byl zase opa\u010dn\u00fd v\u016f\u010di sousedn\u00edm. Pak nech\u00e1m je\u0161t\u011b kynout, dokud t\u011bsto nenabyde tak, \u017ee je jeho vr\u0161ek asi 1 cm pod okrajem formy. Formu vkl\u00e1d\u00e1m do trouby vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na 190 stup\u0148\u016f.
